We are looking for an expert and passionate person who will join a small creative team to help us with our two growing businesses. Fidelitix, a dynamic start-up working in media buying specializing in programmatic and digital positioning. Club Boomerang, the first cashback site in Quebec, has made it its mission to put as much money as possible in your pockets. Reporting to the Vice-President of Finance, the chosen person will also work closely with the management of these companies in order to collaborate in their daily success. Here are some of the challenges that await you in our growing company

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete accounting cycle (Receivables, Payables, government remittances )

Preparation of financial statements and variance analyzes
Assist during budget processes
Coordinated year-ends with the Vice-President of Finance
Corporate cash management
Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper governance of accounting and financial operations
Perform all related tasks related to accounting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- DEC in accounting and management techniques;
4-5 years of relevant experience;
Mastery of the main functions of Excel
Knowledge of SalesForce and SAGE (Asset)
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written, both in French and in English (bilingualism required)
Master problem solving and have a great capacity for analysis and a spirit of synthesis
Be professional, multidisciplinary, autonomous, have attention to detail, like to do varied tasks
