**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting the overall food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and taking out trash.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus.
- Familiarity with food service operations and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
