**Position Summary**

The Dish Helper role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rental equipment, assisting with inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Dishwashing and Sanitization**:

- Load, run, and unload the dishwashing machine to clean all rental tableware and equipment.
- Handwash items as necessary to ensure all materials meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor the wash cycle to ensure proper operation and cleanliness of equipment.
- Clean and maintain the dishwashing area, reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor.

**Inventory and Quality Control**:

- Assist with inventory organization by putting away cleaned equipment following established procedures.
- Help identify and report any damaged or missing rental items.
- Assist the warehouse team with inventory checks and organization.

**Warehouse Support**:

- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace for the staff kitchen by washing and storing tableware.
- Assist with various warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, maintaining stock organization, and other duties as assigned.

**Health & Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any potential hazards or unsafe work conditions to the Operations Manager.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or dishwashing role is an asset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.
- Physical work involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Standard 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime during busy periods.
