Are you a hospitality superstar looking for a dynamic role in a cozy, community-focused restaurant? We're a 30-seat establishment with a full bar and a charming patio, serving up delicious comfort food with unique twists—think plant-based and gluten-free options that delight every palate. We pride ourselves on our diverse menu, curated beer and wine selection, and unique cocktail program. We're currently seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team: a **Front of House Support Staff** member and a **Server/Bartender**.

**Front of House Support Staff**

Do you love making people feel welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience? As our Front of House Support Staff, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see and an essential part of our team.

**What you'll do**:

- Warmly **host and greet** guests, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Efficiently **answer phones** and manage **reservations**.
- Maintain a sparkling dining area by **bussing tables** and assisting with **light cleaning** duties.
- Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a fantastic experience.
- Handle other typical host and busser responsibilities to keep service flowing seamlessly.

**Server / Bartender**

Are you a charismatic individual with a passion for food, drink, and delivering exceptional service? Our Server/Bartender role offers the best of both worlds, allowing you to showcase your serving prowess and mixology skills.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide **hospitable and attentive service** to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Confidently **guide guests through our unique menu**, highlighting our regular, plant-based, and gluten-free options.
- Accurately **take food and drink orders**.
- Demonstrate strong **menu knowledge**, including our diverse food offerings and dietary accommodations.
- Showcase extensive **drink and wine knowledge**, helping guests make perfect selections.
- Craft and serve our **unique cocktails**, beer, and wine from our full bar.
- Be **personable and outgoing**, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for our guests.
- Exhibit **excellent teamwork**, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle other typical serving duties with professionalism and efficiency.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in serving and/or bartending, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment.
