Order Entry Clerk

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date records in databases.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis, including creating pivot tables as needed.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Conduct transcription of order details and related information as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order discrepancies and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized workspace while managing clerical tasks efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems and databases is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables.
- Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory management.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
