**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns.
- Perform all types of service on residential plumbing, gas, and heating equipment.
- Responsible for providing excellent service to residential customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other trades when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in residential service plumbing is required.
- A valid plumbing license.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to provide a criminal background check.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
