**Position Overview**:
We operate 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM, there is flexibility within the schedules, but all staff must be available to work weekends. All shifts are about 6-9 hours.

***What are we looking for?**:

- Ability to complete physically demanding tasks - stand for long periods, lift 50lbs, bend and reach, etc.
- Has flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to restaurant needs
- Comfortable with handling a knife, with food preparation equipment, and around heat
- Experience working in a restaurant, catering, or food service chain

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Works with BOH team to maintain an inspection-ready restaurant including kitchen, work stations, and storage areas at all times
- Provides customer satisfaction by cooking to perfection and assembling dishes to be visually appealing
- Follows and completes prep list, opening list, and closing list as directed by leadership
- Prioritizes food safety and sanitation when handling ingredients and cleaning work station
- Assembles dishes with urgency to ensure orders are completed within a reasonable time
- Tracks and records temperatures of all hot foods, cold and hot holding areas
- Ensures a smooth service by being resourceful, fast-moving, and sorting out problems when they arise
- Memories menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow, escalations, safety, and morale
