**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains and organizes the order flow from Dispatch to the respective order bunks
- Assigns specific work tasks to the pickers, shippers and put away staff. Moves and assigns Team Members to priority areas, to meet daily commitments for Depot and Customer orders
- Investigates “Can’t Find” materials. Makes the necessary stock adjustment within the permitted $ value, for materials that cannot be located
- Assists in “Need Location” and “Put Away” functions as required to ensure inbound flow is maintained
- Picks, processes orders and assist in shipping when needed, to meet commitment times
- Ensures that all orders meet the commit times for noon trucks
- Trains new Team Members and provides general onboarding support
- Coaches Team Members with respect to best practices for optimal efficiency and accuracy
- Updates Shift Supervisor at the end of the shift, with respect to any carry over that will impact the PM shift
- Ensures that all Housekeeping standard are met, and that Health and Safety protocols are followed
- Other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or DC Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to operate a Raymond Reach, Forklift and\or Cherry Picker would be an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a Distribution Centre.
- Experience leading people. Previous lead or supervisory experience would be an asset.
