Qc Microbiologist

Assures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice at all times.
- Ensures applicable standard operating procedures are followed for all activities.
- Swabbing lines and tanks that have been cleaned and sanitized and logging them.
- Monitor lines on a regular basis to assure the lines are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Conducting microbial enumeration test on bulk, raw material and finished product and recording the test completed.
- Conducting environmental monitoring studies.
- Collecting and reviewing monthly temperature records for areas and equipment’s.
- Conducting water analysis as per schedule.
- Ensuring the supplies for micro is ordered timely.
- Monitoring trends for environmental monitoring, cleaning /sanitation and water analysis.
- Marking the status to the skids as approved/rejected/hold.
- Creating certificate of Analysis.
- Reporting any deviation and OOS to Senior QA Manager and or QA Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
