Brand Ambassador

Are you looking for something flexible with a new and exciting wine brand?
We’re seeking an outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our taste team for Viavino, a new crisp & refreshing Italian wine in 500ml Tetra Pak that travels better, is more approachable, and is planet-friendly.
As a Viavino taste team member, you’ll be conducting alcoholic beverage retail samplings at various liquor stores in the Okanagan region.
Shifts are 4 hours, typically between 2pm and 6pm, and go from Thursday through Saturday all year long as available.
No previous experience or knowledge of wine is necessary
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Communicate our products and brand values to store customers
- Organize all in store events including set up, take down, and samples
- Create and maintains relationships with store managers while coordinating with them for tastings or events
- Identify merchandising opportunities
- Comply with all Serving it Right and ID laws
** BC SERVING IT RIGHT IS REQUIRED**
**Qualifications**:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Hold a valid Serving It Right certificate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers of diverse backgrounds
- Sales-driven
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations for tastings
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
