Then we have a Permanent Full-time position open for an individual like yourself. We are looking for a **Service Cashier**

The **Service Cashier** is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our customers following the servicing of their vehicles. If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you

The Service Cashier is responsible for processing payments for work completed or purchase of parts requests, proper reconciliation of repair orders and parts invoices, and the collection of money from Parts and Service transactions in the dealership.

**The Job**
- Provide exceptional customer experience in assisting customers with finalizing the Service experience
- Print repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
- Record amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Process repair orders processes and extended warranty payments
- Operate credit card transactions
- Maintain records of daily transaction documentation
- Assist in scheduling courtesy transportation
- Schedule appointments for customer services over the phone
- Assist receptionist with phone calls

**The Qualifications**
- Knowledge of extended service policies is an asset
- Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
- Retail and/or automotive experience is helpful
- Good communication skills; cheerful and friendly
- Enthusiastic attitude and good work ethic
- Basic computer and office management skills
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
