**The Opportunity**
-As a valued member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for: installing and maintaining energized and de-energized power lines at various voltages; interpreting single-line drawings and specifications; inspecting and maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles used to carry out line work; and, performing other duties related to this position.

- ** or** as a condition of employment. You have demonstrated an excellent knowledge and solid understanding of utility safety procedures, standards and work methods. As well, you consistently display initiative and productivity in your job duties. You must possess strong computer skills and be able to execute technical tasks with precise attention to detail. Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential to the position.
**There is a residency requirement for this position, whereby your primary residence must be within 40 km of the New-Wes-Valley office.** Compensation is as per the current Collective Agreement. Applications will require a detailed resume and copy of your red seal certificate. PLT Apprentices who have a minimum of one-year work experience in the trade will be considered.
