**Building Manager (Live-in)**
Seeking Resident Building Manager for small 3 story walk up heritage building in Vancouver’s West End.
Responsibilities include:
*Basic cleaning and building maintenance
*Dealing with/coordinating contractors
*Collecting and depositing rent cheques into bank
*Advertising, showing and selecting tenants for suites for rent
*Coordinating and managing move in/move out
*Managing tenant disputes that may arise.
*Ensuring building/tenant issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
The successful applicant must:
*Be friendly, able to get along with people,
*Have good organizational skills
*Have good communication skills both written and oral
*Have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
*Be reliable and able to provide excellent references
*Experience/previous training preferred
As this job only requires an average of about 10 hours a week, it is well suited to an individual with another form of employment, especially one with flexible hours or that involves working from home.
