**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the proper order picking and packing procedures
- Follow proper TWL procedures as outlined for order picking, packing and loading
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and completely
- Maintain a predetermined order and picking output
- Follow the daily MHE equipment preventative maintenance procedures, and ensure safe operation of Material Handling Equipment at all times
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Comply with all safety rules in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Noble policy
- Assist in other warehouse functions as required

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience in a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
- CSA approved safety shoes
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members
- Ability to foster a team-first environment that strives for excellence
- A Positive attitude
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines and must have the ability to meet daily targets
- An eye for detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 (fifty) pounds

**Nice to Have**:

- Some HVAC & Plumbing product knowledge (willing to train)
- Current forklift certification
- Experience with WMS and RF technology
