**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Complete front-end, preliminary and detailed design of mining process and non-process building and facility.
- Produce engineering documents such as, design reports, cost estimates and construction specifications, building list, Bid documents, Bid evaluations, engineering directives, and other data, according to client specifications.
- Lead project architectural design team and ensure that project design solutions are delivered in accordance with the relevant codes and regulations and to the highest industry standards on schedule and within budget.
- Establish and monitor cost and schedule for project deliverables.
- Interface with project teams to develop and implement multi-disciplinary project strategies.
- Perform quality check for all design work to ensure to meet SNC QA/QC requirements.
- Writing report, technical memo.
- Conducting field investigations.
- Lead whole architectural design group.

**What will you contribute?**
- College certification or BS (preferred but not required) in architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 15 years including 10 years of industrial building and facility architectural design experience.
- Extensive knowledge/experience in industrial process building, camp, warehouse, maintenance shop, mining office.
- Must have experience in 2D and 3D designs.
- Project management and group lead experience.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to maintain confidential information critical.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit.
