Exams Invigilator

Rate of pay starts at $20.17 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay with pay increases, as per the following hours worked:

- 0-75: $20.17 + vacation pay
- 76-150: $20.98 + vacation pay
- 151-225: $21.80 + vacation pay
- 226-300: $22.62 + vacation pay
- 301-375: $23.54 + vacation pay

Invigilators are responsible for the set-up, registration, exam administration, invigilation, tear-down and integrity of the IELTS tests. Additional set-up work may also be available on the Friday evenings preceding the Saturday shift.

Successful applicants must be available for paid training on **Saturday 1st March** from **9:30am to 1:30pm** and to work on the following dates:
Sat. 8th March, Sat. 22nd March, Sat. 5th April, Sat. 26th April, Sat. 3rd May, Sat. 24th May, and thereafter two Saturdays per month.

**Requirements**:
Previous work experience, preferably invigilating exams or working in events.
- Punctual, reliable and professional.
- Respect for confidentiality and security protocols.
- Customer-care skills.
- Strong communications skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above).
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds (Desks, Chairs & other equipment)
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
- Valid first aid certification is an asset.
