**About the role**:
Our Customer Advisors do just that - they recommend the service, maintenance, and accessories our customers need to make the most of their RV camping experience. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping

**This is a part-time position. You'll work Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (up to 24 hours per week).**

**Please note: reliable transportation is required, as there is no bus service to 272211 TWP Rd 241B.**

**As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be responsible for**:

- building rapport with customers when they drop off their RV and we conduct an inspection;
- evaluating their concerns and needs and providing product recommendations
- performing walkthroughs with our customers when they pick up their RV to ensure they're happy with the work we've completed;

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
