Duties:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of employee wages and benefits
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support during audits and tax filings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Xpert
- Solid understanding of account analysis, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
**Salary**: $14.00-$25.00 per hour
