- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their techniques and build confidence.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate fun activities while focusing on skill development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area before, during, and after lessons.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding progress, concerns, or recommendations for further development.
**Skills**
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in swimming techniques across various strokes and styles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students of all ages.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching others in a supportive manner.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment while prioritizing safety.
