**THE ROLE**

Localcoins Operations team is looking for an ATM Field Technician who is responsible for installing, testing and running routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met for our Bitcoin ATMs..

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work closely with the Operations team to maximize operational efficiency and performance across our Bitcoin ATM network. This position will require 90% travel in the field.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Lead the physical installation of new Bitcoin ATMs at qualified retail locations
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of ATMs including servicing, preventative maintenance, and replenishment of ATM supplies in accordance with established company guidelines
- Plan, perform and manage routine inspections and testing of products to ensure standards are met for our Bitcoin ATMs
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure all up to date signage and marketing material are installed at partner sites
- Work closely with our Warehouse Specialists to test and prepare our Bitcoin ATMs for installation
- Perform quality assurance audits on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Investigate operational issues on our ATMs and prepare operational reports on the hypothesis of recurring operational issues to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Operations team to implement ATM improvement initiatives
- Assist in testing and auditing system and process improvements
- Other duties as assigned

**THIS IS YOU**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Valid G Canadian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable handling up to 55 lbs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, and be able to bend/twist
- Excellent communication skills
- Process driven with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA
- Strong investigative skills with the ability to solve complex problems with out of the box solutions

**THIS IS NICE**
- A member of the Ontario College of Trades is an asset
- Previous experience in trade/construction related roles
