The Website Project Manager at TRADER leads large interactive customer-facing projects and is responsible for their success relevant to timeline, budget, and scope while meeting business requirements and strategy of the Dealer or Dealer Group. These projects contribute directly to Trader’s revenue stream and customer engagement as measured through speed to billing, customer satisfaction, and customer churn.

The Website Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to consolidate and coordinate the requirements of the client, collaborate with cross-function teams such as Sales, Creative, and Web Development teams, and launch a website that satisfies the client's overall online objectives.

The Website Project Manager is responsible for each website component, its level of contribution to the site launch, and its level of quality. The incumbent must manage each project effectively to maintain a steady flow of productivity throughout the process.

**Education, Experience, and Technical skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree, CAPM Certification or equivalent, and at least 3 years of hands-on project management / producing experience in the digital space. At least 1-2 years of experience in a client services/account management role, working with and delivering Websites to external clients can replace the need for project management certification.
- Must have experience creating and executing website projects involving cross-functional teams
- Experience managing websites using CMS software like WordPress, JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office Suites
- Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on the website
- Experience coding with CSS and HTML is helpful but not a requirement

**Required Soft Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and accurate
- Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
