Our Mortgages team is a group of high performers working hard to create and deliver exceptional mortgage experiences to all Canadians. As part of our growing team, you’ll work closely with our mortgage coordinators, specialists and lenders to ensure that we find the most effective solutions for our clients. **What you'll be doing**:
Handle multiple leads simultaneously while creating and maintaining relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their mortgage needs
Build a thorough knowledge and understanding of Neo’s mortgage products and services as well as assessing local competition and market opportunities
As an ambassador of Neo, execute consistent brand messages through repeatable and measurable process touches that will continually engage, promote, service, and solicit new business leads and cross-sell opportunities
Handle incoming calls regarding early renewals, maturing accounts and discharge requests
Act as the first point of contact for all potential new clients; walking them through the Neo mortgage process as well as providing recommendations based on their unique situations
Remain current on the latest industry trends to secure a competitive advantage
**Who we're looking for**:
You have 1-2 years of previous banking or brokerage experience
You must hold a current Mortgage Associate license
You bring strong sales skills with an ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly
You bring empathy and a client-focused mindset to support customers through the mortgage process
You have a passion for growth and excellence, strive to deliver the highest quality results
You’re a high-achiever with a desire to drive results in a startup environment
You bring resiliency & energy with strong dedication to client service
You have superior communication skills both verbal and written and bring a high degree of professionalism to your work at all times
You have strong organizational and time management skills and are always one step ahead
