**Job description**

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Administrative Technician will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to different departments (customer service, accounting, operations, purchasing, etc.).

**Responsibilities**
- Entry of orders in the computer system;
- Follow-up of orders and inventories;
- Verification of invoices;
- Coordinate with different carriers the transport of orders;
- Output merchandise orders in SAP;
- Support to the customer service department for various follow-ups with clients;
- All other related varied administrative tasks.
- Experience in administrative work (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to learn computer software;
- Knowledge of SAP software (an asset);
- Bilingual both speaking and writing (French and English);
- Ability to manage priorities and complete work in a timely manner;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Meticulous, autonomous and resourceful.
