**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Analyze customer concerns and needs to recommend appropriate services or repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests through data entry.
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Promote additional services or products that may enhance the customer experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude.
