Client Success Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey and fostering long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze client needs, and lead initiatives will be crucial in enhancing the overall client experience.
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contract renewals and terms in collaboration with the sales team.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on client success metrics.
- Provide leadership in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a strong focus on client success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and measure success metrics effectively.
- Experience with business development strategies that drive growth within existing accounts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring team members.
- A solid understanding of sales processes and techniques to support negotiation efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a client-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
