Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.

We are looking for a jr. estimator/project manager to join our growing team

As a junior estimator/project manager at Tri-Phase Group, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- analyze documents, specifications, proposals, addendums, in preparation for pricing projects
- review project sites prior to price preparation
- attend site visits with clients pre, mid and post-award with clients
- perform quantity take-off from construction drawings
- obtain pricing from suppliers and trades and incorporate into estimates
- perform and write-up estimates for clients
- oversee the distribution of appropriate documentation upon award of project
- track, forecast and report weekly on the financial and operational performance of awarded projects
- manage the project and scope changes
- coordinate invoicing/progress payment activities
- collaborate with the operations team to drive project success
- perform post bid and post project analysis completion
- assist with prequalification submissions, RFQs and RFIs as required
- drive positive relationships with clients and ensure success on all projects
- maintain the project management software with all required information
- assist in maintenance of estimating department policies

Qualifications:

- Must know how to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Must be knowledgeable of applicable regulations pertaining to our field of work
- Must possess a valid G driver's license to get to and from job site visits
- Ability to work accurately, effectively and under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Adaptability to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
- Thorough knowledge of contract language, bonding, terms and conditions, etc.
