**Summary of Responsibilities**

Manage both Yamaha Motor Finance Canada (YMFCA) and Yamaha assigned accounts according to the Policies & Procedures of the department in order to maximize receivable purchasing and minimize potential bad debt. Become knowledgeable and provide support to all aspects of the Wholesales Finance portfolio administration

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the approval flow for both P&A and Unit orders. Ensure credit lines for accounts in assigned territory are adequate to meet Yamaha sales objectives, particularly during critical booking order periods.
- Manage A/R collection for past due YMFCA and Yamaha outstanding’s and propose payment plans for accounts in arrears. Manage aged inventory, including establishing curtailment schedules within YMFCA guidelines.
- Provide detailed Operational overviews and recommendations (credit lines, audit cycles, interest rates) for yearly Credit reviews of dealers in assigned territory. Assist with Credit negotiations and manage assigned file conditions to ensure accounts remain in good standing.
- Manage Inventory audit communication, cycles and post audit reconciliation
- Monitor all accounts in the assigned territory for “red flags” and maintain Watch lists and Credit Line reports to proactively communicate issues associated with higher risk accounts.
- Manage account liquidations and problem loan work-out scenarios.
- Provide customer service support and direction for all dealer account inquiries.
- Continuous training on all Inventory Finance roles to promote cross-functional expertise and Team support initiatives. (i.e. Credit/Legal/Systems/Processing/Administration)

**Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements**
- **Degree/Diploma**:University BA
- **Program of Study**:Business, Economics or Finance
- **Years of Experience**:3-5 years related experience

**Skills & Abilities**
- Excellent organizational and communication and negotiation skills. The ability to manage effectively in sensitive, stressful situations. Ability to clearly communicate (written and verbal) technical information and ideas
- Knowledge and understanding of retail credit products, particularly vehicle loans/leases would be an asset
