**Logistic Coordinator (Outbound) Job Tasks**
- Monitor and book all upcoming PO’s
- Update and advise sourcing, sales and outbound logistics teams of any delays, shortages and overages
- Process and verify paperwork
- Track and trace the shipments
- Process receiving of the shipments delivered
- Monitoring all the orders for the account(s) (Open Order Report & Sales Journal Report)
- Verify the orders before shipping
- Prepare the pick tickets, labels and BOL’s for warehouse
- Book pickups with the customer
- Generate and transmit invoices and ASNs
- Save outbound documentation on shared drive
- Data entry and all other related tasks
- **Experience in EDI a great asset**
