Enso Event Centre is a premier event space known for its elegant ambiance and top-tier service. We host a variety of events, from upscale private gatherings to large-scale events. We’re looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Coat Check Attendant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Safely store and organize guests’ belongings, ensuring all items are properly tagged.
- Handle coat check tickets and maintain accurate records of items received and returned.
- Assist guests with retrieving their items in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized coat check area throughout the event.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
