Amazon Marketplace Manager (Full-Time, In-House)

Location: Welland or St. Catharines, ON

**Job Type**: Full-Time (In-Person Only)

**Salary**: Starting at $500/week + monthly performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (1-hour unpaid lunch)

About Us

CaMart is a fast-growing cellphone and electronics retailer with two physical locations in Southern Ontario. We’re expanding online, starting with Amazon Canada, and we’re hiring a full-time Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead this growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to build and manage a profitable Amazon storefront — and wants to grow with a company that rewards results.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and grow CaMart’s Amazon Canada storefront
- Create and optimize product listings for phones, laptops, and tech accessories
- Run and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns and deals
- Handle customer service, returns, and reviews professionally
- Monitor and maintain account health and performance metrics
- Manage inventory, pricing, and stock updates
- Generate weekly performance reports and track net profits
- Coordinate with the in-store team for product availability and shipping

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven skills in listing optimization, keyword research, and competitive analysis
- Experience with Amazon PPC and campaign reporting
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Understanding of margins, profitability, and product sourcing
- Bonus: Experience with Walmart, BestBuy, or eBay marketplaces

Compensation
- $500/week base salary (approx. $2,165/month)
- Monthly bonuses based on net profit (not just sales volume)
- Opportunity for pay increases and long-term role expansion

Bonus Example (Based on Monthly Net Profit):

- $2,000 profit = $150 bonus
- $3,000 profit = $300 bonus
- $5,000 profit = $500 bonus and raise to $600/week
- $7,000+ profit (sustained) = raise to $700/week
- $10,000+ profit = eligible for 5% profit share

Please note: Bonuses are paid based on actual profit after all fees, returns, and costs. No bonuses are paid for unprofitable sales.
