**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and product selections.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features to customers.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Utilize technology for sales processes, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
