We are hiring Personal/Home Support Workers in the **Guelph/KW **area to join our team

**Duties**:

- Mobilization activities (turning, transferring, exercising and walking)
- Toileting and personal care (bathing, dressing)
- Light housekeeping duties
- Feeding and meal preparations
- Specialty care (i.e. Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Chronic Conditions)
- Companionship, outings

**Qualifications**:

- Current certificate in standard first-aid and CPR (HCP or BLS level)
- PSW training certificate, IE nurses, HSW, PCA, HCA, etc
- Police Vulnerable Sector Screen Check (VSSC)
- 2 step TB
- 2 professional references
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
- Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of caregiving
- Must be passionate, patient, caring and committed
- Ability to travel to clients homes, **must access to a reliable vehicle**

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week
