to support growing caseload of sole practitioner.

This is not a salaried or full-time position.
Workload is flexible and based on file needs.
Ideal for a solo practitioner looking to supplement their practice

About the Role
We are looking for a lawyer who can take on part-time, file-based work, including:

- Drafting court documents (Applications, Motions, Affidavits, Financial Statements)
- Attending court conferences and appearances
- Negotiation and communication with opposing counsel
- Handling parts of files independently with support from senior counsel

**Requirements**:
2-3+ years of Ontario family law experience
Strong drafting and advocacy skills
Able to manage files with mínimal supervision
Familiarity with the Family Law Rules & Ontario court processes
Excellent client communication and organization skills
