Medical Aesthetician

**Job Summary**

Lamella Medical Aesthetics is Regina's premier full-service medical aesthetics clinic that offers a dynamic and beautiful work environment, growing clientele base, and a culture of excellence in training to allow employees to achieve their career aspirations.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including laser hair removal, IPL, body sculpting procedures, micro-needling, derma-planning, chemical peels and Bela Hydrafacials.
- Solid experience using InMode Morpheus 8 and Clarion equipment platforms will be an asset, but not required.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in/out procedures, appointment scheduling, and product purchases.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail products.
- Upsell services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Provide guest services that foster a welcoming environment, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative treatments.

**Requirements**:

- Valid training and certifications for a Medical Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus for managing appointments and guest inquiries.

**Compensation Package**

Flexible based on experience and each individual's entrepreneurial spirit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
