**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Baker to join our team. While baking experience is always considered an asset, we’re primarily looking for someone with a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. This position requires an early morning start, typically between 1-3 AM depending on the season, to ensure our bakery is stocked with fresh products for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items such as breads, pastries, and cookies
- Ensure all baking is completed on time to meet production needs
- Follow recipes and production processes carefully to maintain product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work early morning shifts (between 1-3 AM start time)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for baking and a willingness to learn
