Communicate with residents, contractors, and other on-site staff members
- Prepare Tenant notices and general correspondence
- Prepare and track work orders & purchase orders
- Track & distribute lease documents, create new tenant files, update contact lists and prepare welcome packages
- Assist with preparation of LTB legal forms, preparations and follow procedures
- Assist with Account Receivable procedures including analysis, monitoring arrears, preparing notifications, demand & default notices and follow up
- Prepare utility charge back correspondence
- Keeping office organized and spreadsheets updated on regular basis
- Basic knowledge of yardi voyager
- Liaise with Property Managers
- Serve as a support/back up for all things administrative as requested
- Meeting deadlines
- Adhere to company standards and policies
- Minimum 1+ years of residential and property management experience required
- Experience and proven administrative background in leasing & management
- Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment, multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail
**Salary**: $12.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 4 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 4 years (preferred)
