**Job Summary**
We have openings for small animal and exotic animal Doctors of Veterinary Medicine to join our privately owned AAHA hospitals serving suburban Chicago, IL communities.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and current License to Practice
- Experience with a broad range of medical equipment and analytical techniques
- Excellent communication ability to serve as clients' preferred trusted veterinary medical advisor
- Diagnostic strengths for optimizing patient plans of care
- Intellectual inquisitiveness for progressive learning and teaching
- Progressive proficiency in collegial interaction

**Responsibilities**
- Provide routine examinations
- Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment
- Perform spay, neuter, dental, soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries
- Administer vaccinations
- Prescribe medication
- Manage and maintain client records
