**What you will be doing - key responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients as main point of contact when they arrive at the practice
- Respond promptly to incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and report
- Provide administrative support to the orthodontic staff
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, managing patient accounts, inputting new patients into the computer system
- Some Treatment Coordinating as needed.
- Other administrative support as required

**What you bring - qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Previous dental or medical reception experience (preferred)
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Ability to be respectful of others and act with discretion at all times
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated and reliable
