- Must be able to build trust based relationships with customers; and driven to succeed in sales
- Must be challenged and motivated by working in an entrepreneurial setting
- Genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- A strong record of period over period sales growth and knowledge of building products ideally within the tile, kitchen, bathroom and flooring industries is advantageous.
