**Position: Store Manager**

**Availability: Must be open / Full Time (Weekdays & Weekends)**

**Weekly Hours: 30-40 Hours**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure all sales opportunities are recognized and captured by yourself and stylist team
- Adhere to and execute daily operations, policies, procedure and maintenance
- Strategically manage the day to day visual aesthetic of the store (mannequins, wall displays, table set ups)
- Create fun, modern, and engaging environment for customers
- Challenge and reward stylist team
- Identify and develop strengths and weaknesses
- Identify and develop future store leaders
- Create an active selling and service culture
- Lead store clientelling
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to achieve company profits
- Manage staffing plan and payroll to maximize sales and meet financial goals
- Protect inventory and company margins (markdowns, loss prevention, logistics)
- Train and hold staff accountable
- Cash handling and deposits
- Build the Shop 20 Brand digitally, within the store location, and community
- Represent Shop 20 positively within shopping centre and the community
- Achieve operational excellence to deliver company profits

**- 0.5% of store location sales if sales goal is achieved or exceeded**

**Otherwise**
**- 2% commission on all sales made by yourself individually**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
