**What you will be doing**
- Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide service updates with clarity and professionalism
- Accurately create repair and maintenance estimates based on technician diagnostics and customer concerns
- Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage appointments, vehicle status updates, and follow-ups through shop management software

Full time Mon to Fri. in an enjoyable environment

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable using shop management software (RO Writer, Mitchell 1, or similar). Strong data entry and digital communication skills required.
- Ability to handle unexpected issues (e.g., parts delays, warranty questions) with calm, solution-oriented thinking.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
