**What you’ll do**
- Supervise and manage closing operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Train and develop staff on best practices in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste to maintain budgetary goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in all aspects of business operations including, order taking, payment processing, dough stretching, pizza making, prep, routing deliveries, oven tending, addressing customer issues, cleaning tasks.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong background in food service management with knowledge of culinary techniques and food production.
- Familiarity with quick service or fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, including training & development of staff members.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight within a restaurant setting.

**Compensation**
- $17.50 - $22 depending on experience and training
- Tips
- Health Insurance available after probationary period

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
