**Join Our Team: Junior Dental Assistant (Floater) Position Available at Kiwi Dental**

Kiwi Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Dental Assistant (Floater) to join our exceptional general dental practice. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in dentistry or dental hygiene.
- You have completed a relevant educational program and are eager to advance in the dental field.
- Able to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.

**Key Details**:

- **Commitment Duration**: We are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 12 months to maximize the learning experience and contribute meaningfully to our team.

**Important**:

- **Training Period**: The first month of your journey with us includes comprehensive training, during which you will **NOT** be compensated as a volunteer. This period is crucial for acquiring the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for the role.

**Learn and Grow**:
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in setting up rooms, sterilization processes, and ensuring our patients have an awesome dental experience. While direct assistance in dental procedures isn't part of the role, you'll have the unique opportunity to observe these procedures, gaining insights and understanding of the practical aspects of dental care.
