**Qualifications**
- B.E / M.C.A
- 3+ years of overall experience.
- 2 years or content authoring experience and 1 year of experience in AEM authoring.
- Author and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ability to configure the right AEM components in pages according to the design.
- Configure page properties, tags, asset metadata and analytics or other similar tags in the page setup.
- Understanding of AEM workflows - Page Creation, Versioning, Edit/Review, Publishing etc.
- Work in a cross-channel environment publishing content for desktop/laptop and mobile devices.
- Understanding of reusable components and experience fragments to streamline the authoring process and adapt style to match brand guidelines.
- Document authoring instructions and guidelines.
- Manage assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
- Awareness of the industry standards & best practices.

**Desirable skills**
- Strong understanding of Web Development.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web publishing technologies.
- Understanding of troubleshooting cross browser and device issues.
- Excellent organizational/time management, planning/prioritization skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Professional manner and approach in working within a team.
- Experience with interacting with customer and communicating clearly over tickets.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong skills to effectively interface with client and other stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal direction.
