We are recruiting for a

The key to the Human Resources Business Partner success will be partnering with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide them tools that motivate people to enhance the culture of high performance. This person will be a results-oriented individual with demonstrated problem-solving skills and has meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to deal with constantly changing requirements and priorities. You will be seen as a valuable strategic business partner within the organization and trusted to drive positive change.

**What you can expect**:

- Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations issues.
- Provide support and guidance to employees with regards to complying with company policies, procedures, and services.
- Partner with leaders to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Support international employees and consultants across various geographies.
- Administration of compensation programs; annual merit increases, market research, annual discretionary bonus program etc.
- Collaborate and partner with HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of internal communications.
- Coordinate in office events/engagement activities
- Support and act to foster a diverse culture that promotes inclusion and belonging.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
- Highly analytical and can think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize your HR responsibilities.
- Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs within organizations that you have been a part of.
- Service-oriented and capable of communicating with employees at all levels.
- Passionate about providing dedicated support, mentorship and guidance to employees.
- High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism; must be able to handle all confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel and HRIS systems
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration
