**DAILY SNAPSHOT**
- Ensure professional and service-oriented interactions with all customers to provide general auto repair tasks, such as: factory maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, oil change, transmission service, engine tune-ups, etc.
- Utilize our software (including cloud based that streamlines our workflow) to complete jobs
- Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue of concern
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades
- Work in accordance with all safety procedures, standards and regulations
- Attend and participate in work-related training and development opportunities
- Perform maintenance tasks and maintain a clean and organized work area

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You have at least a High School Diploma, a red seal certification and 6+ years mechanical experience in the automotive industry. Certification from a trade school is preferred
- You have in-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems
- You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to work in a physical demanding environment
- You are a dependable and flexible team player who is comfortable taking initiative and being proactive when solving problems
- You are customer service oriented and are willing to go the extra mile and ensure a positive customer experience
