**About the role**

We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing financial reports.
- Analysing real time financial data.
- Monitoring internal controls.
- Preparation and maintenance of external financial reporting on projects
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Managing financial transactions.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Developing plans for financial growth.
- Evaluating and managing risk.
- Coordinating audit processes.

**Experience**
- Relevant accounting / finance qualifications
- Proven experience in finance management (financial reporting, funding recommendations, auditing, compliance).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software / implementing new software.

**Communication**

French & English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
