Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting every customer with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to guide and determine the best options for customers both experienced and new to the cannabis industry.
- Answer questions and concerns while staying within compliance of AGCO guidelines
- Ensure AGCO Compliance in all transactions and inventory records
- Participate in ongoing company training programs
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Assist with opening/closing and overall store maintenance
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
- CannSell Certification (mandatory)
- Police Clearance (upon hiring)
- Experience in a front facing customer service role
- In depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains and consumption methods
- Knowledge of products in store and online.
- Connecting to the brand and potential target audience across various social networking platforms.
- Sharing all the important information and links via social media.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to use a POS system
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Available for shifts at all times days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Must be available to work at **BOTH** locations (**Cabana/Manning Rd.**)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cannsell Certification (preferred)
