**What You Will Do**:

- **Ensure Quality**: Oversee quality management to guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- **Accelerate Growth**: Collaborate with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives that maximize efficiency and profitability.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A minimum of three years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production management, or operations.
- Proven success in leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and optimizing production planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
