As our Pricing and Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in analyzing pricing strategies, conducting pricing analysis and preparing reports to support data driven decision making. The analyst will also be responsible for evaluating market trends, competitor pricing and customer behavior to identify opportunities for price optimization. The person in this role would be preparing reports that would effectively communicate insights to stakeholders to make informed decisions.

**What will you be doing**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics
- Collect, clean and analyze large data related to pricing, sales, customer behavior and market trends to identify patterns, trends and opportunities
- Utilize optimization techniques to identify optimal pricing structures
- Develop and implement pricing metrics, reporting and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry best practices, emerging pricing trends and advancements in data analysis methodologies to continuously enhance pricing strategies
- Provide recommendations to improve reporting, pricing and analytical processes
- Perform pricing analysis of products and SKUs
- Conduct market and competitive research, and analysis to understand market dynamics
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentations, presentation, dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate pricing insights recommendations to key stakeholders
- Play an active role in managing the operational mix of tasks with different stakeholders
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

**In order to be successful, you bring**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a Pricing, Business or Strategy Analyst role
- Related work experience in product pricing in pharmaceutical or eCommerce industry preferred
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related field
- Demonstrated ability to build pricing models, operating procedures & conduct effective competitive analysis
- An ability to provide effective strategic guidance while managing daily operations
- Pro-active, self motivated, self-starter and multitasker. Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
